Banded Agate Necklace w/ Round and Silver Beads (AB51))

Banded Agate Necklace consists of flat round shaped beads and vintage silver ‘circle of life’ accent beads.
This necklace measures approx. 17.25″ in length. (This Banded Agate has a combination of black, brown and white bans through out the beads)

The stone was given its name by Theophrastus, a Greek philosopher and naturalist, who discovered the stone along the shore line of the Dirillo River or Achates (Ancient Greek: Ἀχάτης) in Sicily,^[4] sometime between the 4th and 3rd centuries BCE.^[5]
